IS THERE A DELIVERY CHARGE?
We offer a delivery service to all UK locations. The cost of this will be calculated at checkout.
We also offer an airmail service (Royal Mail) to all European countries, USA, Canada and Australia. Your shipping price will be calculated at the checkout stage. Please contact us if you wish to order from any other international location and we will be happy to provide you with a quotation.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM?
If you are in the UK, standard delivery is by Royal Mail or Parcelforce, 3-5 working days after your order. European or international delivery will take approximately 7-14 working days by airmail, (Royal Mail). We ship all orders within 48 hours and if for any reason you need to change the shipping method, please contact us. Costs shown are per delivery address, per delivery day.
WILL MY ITEM ARRIVE SAFELY?
We go to great lengths to make sure your item will not arrive damaged. If your item is breakable we use a combination of bubble wrap, cardboard and polystyrene packing peanuts. We will also mark your parcel ‘FRAGILE’, so that the delivery person knows to take care.
WHERE CAN YOU DELIVER?
We deliver to all postal areas in the UK, including England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Delivery to addresses on the islands or remote areas of the UK mainland may take a little longer than our usual delivery times, with delays possible if you live in the following postcode areas: AB, BT, DD, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KW, PA, PH, PO30 - PO41, TR21 - TR25, ZE. If we believe that the delivery address you've given may not be not secure, (for example, if it's a communal postal address or PO Box), we may contact you to make alternative arrangements.
We also ship to all European countries, USA, Canada and Australia shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout stage.

CAN I HAVE MY ITEMS DELIVERED TO MORE THAN ONE ADDRESS?
We're happy to deliver all or part of your order to addresses other than your own, please contact us at email@example.com and tell us where you would like us to send the items in your basket. Please let us know if you would like us to gift wrap your item (This will incur additional delivery charges.)
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT IN WHEN DELIVERY ARRIVES?
Deliveries are usually made on Mondays to Saturdays, between 9am and 5.30pm via ROYAL MAIL or PARCELFORCE, If you are not in you will receive a card confirming that there has been an attempt to deliver your parcel and it will then be held at your local sorting office.
